Licence Condition
The licensee must ensure that all chemicals, fuels and oils stored at the premises are contained within appropriately designed bunded areas that meet the following requirements: a) comply with any relevant Australian Standards for the liquids being stored; and b) have impervious flooring and walls; and c) have a minimum capacity of 110% of the volume of the largest container stored within the bund. The licensee must undertake all works necessary to ensure that the bitumen pre-coat storage tank located at the premises and any associated infrstructure complies with these requirements by the 31 December 2013. The conditions hereunder relate to mobile waste processing activities at 62 Kyle Street Rutherford.
Only PFAS impacted waters that have been identified in accordance with condition O7.5 as being at the location of the licensed activity at the commencement of processing, or generated during mobile plant operations at the location of the licensed activity, shall be processed by the mobile plant subject to this Environment Protection Licence. No other PFAS impacted water shall be received or processed at the location where the licensed activity is being undertaken.
E8.2 Only PFAS impacted waters and liquid waste: a) derived from rainwater or tank washing, and b) consistent with the waste types described in Condition L2, shall be processed by the mobile plant subject to this Environment Protection Licence.
